For USA, UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Australia, estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days.
For other countries, estimated delivery time is 8–20 business days.

Non-Receipt Issues – If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, you must contact customer service within 30 days of the order date for assistance.
PO Box Addresses – Express carriers do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide us details and exactly address to ensure successful delivery.
