Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At prosocceruk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you'll find everything you need to know about warranties, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Manufacturing Defects
All our products are covered by a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you notice any defect within 30 days of receiving your order, simply contact our support team and we'll arrange a repair or replacement — at no cost to you.
2. Exchanges
Not happy with your product or size?
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving your order — no explanation needed.
Exchange Process
Step 1: Request an Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp or Email to initiate your exchange request.
Step 2: Send the Product to Our European Headquarters
Once your request is approved, you'll receive instructions to send the product to our central facility in Europe.
If the exchange is due to size error or dissatisfaction – Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
If the error was made by ProSoccerUK (e.g., wrong item sent) – We cover all return shipping costs.
Step 3: Product Evaluation
Upon receiving your item, our team will inspect it for:
Manufacturing defects (if applicable)
Signs of wear or use (for size-related exchanges)
Step 4: Replacement Shipped
Once the evaluation is complete and approved, we'll ship your new product — and provide you with a new tracking code.
3. Refunds
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through WhatsApp or Email.
If the refund is due to size issues or dissatisfaction – Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
If the error was made by our store – We cover all shipping costs.
Product Evaluation and Refund Approval
Once we receive the item, our team will inspect its condition. Then your refund will be processed:
