Shipping Procedure
After you place an order from our website, if your order is placed successful, you will receive an order email confirmation, then we will arrange your shipment in 48 hours;
Then you will receive an email with your order tracking number;
You can keep track of your package and find out approximately when you will receive your order;
When will I receive my order?
Delivery to most customers addresses in 8 to 20 business days.

1、USA, UK, Irland, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Swedenand, fast free shipping 7-12 days to arrive, other countries 8 -20 working days for standard shipping.
2、After your order has been paid, our warehouse needs 48 hours to process your order. You will receive our email once your package has been dispatched.
3、In the normal condition, your package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, bad weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4、If your package has not been delivered or your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you still didnt received it, then you must contact Customer Service to verify within 30 days of the order date. Thank you for your cooperation.
5、FootballBootsWorld will ensure that each customer receives the package. If the package is delayed in the delivery , lost or detained, you can contact our customer service to resend your package.
Can I ship to a PO box address or private box address?
Express shipping do not carry to PO box addresses, so you must provide us exact detail address for delivery.
Drop Shipping
What Is Drop-Shipping?
Drop-shipping is that a person, or one company, sells goods on their website that they do not keep the items in stock.
When an order is received, they send those orders to another company to ship the items directly to the buyer.
Because they are middle-men, they may charge more money from you.
How Can I Do Drop-shipping?
First you have your orders and payment from your buyers.
And then go to our site >> register >> place an order>> write down your buyer shipping address >> make notice in the comment >> we will ship packages directly to your buyer's address.
When we got your order we will send you a confirmation email, and will arrange your shipment in 48 hours, and then send you the tracking numbers after the package was arranged, and you can keep track of your packages then.

Returns
1. Return Eligibility
All reasons (defective products or no longer needed, …) for return are accepted. However, returned items must comply with the following
conditions:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
2. Exchanges
We offer an exchange service. If you would like to exchange for a different size, color, or style, you will need to contact us to return the original product and we will assist you in shipping the replacement item.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.
REFUND
1.Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during purchase. This could be a credit or debit card, PayPal, or any other payment method accepted at the time of the transaction.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and it passes inspection, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
3. Refund Timeline
The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment provider. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account or on your statement. If there are any delays beyond this period, please check with your bank or payment provider.
4. Refund Amount
The refund will cover the purchase price of the item returned. Any shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified processing time, please first check your bank account or credit card statement.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact your credit card company or bank for further information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
